How fun you all went to a ball game!
I distinctly remember going to a Cubs game with my mom when I was ten (and with others) and she was the drunk one throwing peanuts. :) I still tease her about that.

  4. Tina--that movie was such a part of growing up. And that voice has it's own little room in my brain!!

Kelly--So funny! What is it about peanuts that make them so throw-able? We had a blast last night!

Christi--Hello! I love that movie too. Now I'm in the mood to see it again. I was a little concerned that the reference was dated. Glad to know others loved it too!

Jon--I know, I want to win this one too! I want to win ALL of those books!

  7. Kittie--the slump made tickets SOO cheap! And the game was so exciting for the kids. Lots of action in the 8th!!

Sarah--Oh, my food prices are CRAZY! And drunk girl was such fun--she danced with my kids, brought them food, told them they were the cutest, bestest kids in the world!! My daughter is walking tall today because of drunk girl! Who knew that was one of the secrets to kid's self esteem??

  8. I can't remember the last time I saw a War Games reference. Wow. Nice work. I think that was the first movie I saw in the theater. Or close to it, anyway.
